Our customers are found within the upholstery sector, among retailers, and in larger hotel and public projects. The assignments vary in scope, but the expectations are always the same: the right materials, the right execution, and coordination that holds all the way. We take responsibility for the entire flow – from assortment and availability to production and delivery – in a business where reliability and long-term relationships are crucial.
We have our roots in Nässjö, where we started in 1886 under the name Nässjö Vaddfabrik. Since then, we have grown from a local craft company to an international group with 150 employees in seven countries. THIS IS THE ASSIGNMENT
We have built a strong foundation with stable profitability, a broad customer base, and presence in fifteen markets. At the same time, we know that we can do more. Therefore, we are now recruiting a new CEO to strengthen our commercial focus and become more cohesive across our markets. More specifically, the assignment as CEO of Nevotex Sweden and Group CEO of Nevotex Group involves:
Formulating the next chapter in the company's development
You step into a company with strong competence and long experience. The assignment now involves looking ahead, formulating a clear vision for the next phase, and gathering the organization around it. It is about creating a common goal that provides energy and direction, and with consistent follow-up ensuring that decisions lead to results.
Making the brand clearer and more visible
Historically, we have relied on our reputation and long-term relationships. Now we want to be more active in how we establish ourselves in our markets. The assignment is to clarify what we stand for, what differentiates us from others, and what our breadth actually looks like. You will ensure that our market presence is more consistent between countries, that communication reflects the entire offering, and that the brand is used as a tool to create more and larger business opportunities.
Broadening the business with existing customers
We have a broader offering than what we always get out in the market. As CEO, you will help the organization take a larger role in customers' businesses – from individual materials to more cohesive solutions. This means that more markets work with the entire range, that the project and production business develops where it creates impact, and that we become better at demonstrating the value of the whole in each deal.
Strengthening leadership
At Nevotex, the business is driven by people. When leadership works, much else falls into place. Therefore, it is a central part of your assignment to develop and hold together the leadership across the entire organization. You clarify what is expected of a manager with us and follow up on it in practice – in how goals are set, how decisions are made, and how accountability is enforced. By combining clear demands with presence and dialogue, you develop managers who lead their teams with independence and common direction.

You are an experienced CEO or Business Area Manager who has had full financial responsibility and is used to carrying the whole in a business where several parts must work together. To succeed and thrive with us, we believe you are:
Commercial in your profile
You have built your career close to the business. Customers, offerings, and markets are not abstract concepts for you – that is where you have spent your time and created results. You have experience in taking a company or business area to the next level and know how clarity in the offering directly affects both growth and profitability. You understand the difference between delivering what is requested and actively taking a larger role in the customer's business – and how the organization needs to work to succeed in that. For you, growth is not something that happens by itself; it is planned, prioritized, and followed up.
Secure and trust-building
Your leadership is characterized by empathy, clarity, and attentiveness. You create security by being straightforward, consistent, and present, which makes people know where they have you and dare to express their opinions.
Used to leading through others
You are comfortable not being the one who has all the answers yourself. Instead, you empower others to take responsibility and grow in their roles. In the management team, you are clear about expectations, encourage different perspectives, and ensure that discussions lead to decisions. You do not leave the room with ambiguity – and you follow up on what you have agreed upon.
Seeing the whole and getting others to want to move forward
You have the ability to look ahead and see how the business can develop over time – between markets, in the offering, and in how the company establishes itself in the market. When you set a direction, it is clear and understandable. You make the big picture concrete and get people to both understand why change is necessary and feel that they want to be part of the journey.
